Am I health mogging if my glycated hemoglobin is a bit lower than the range

    3.6%

    Healthy is between 4-6%

Supposedly that would mean I have lower blood glucose

High blood glucose means you have insulin resistance? (Main factor of health in everything according to Dr Berg of youtube)

Actually pretty low fasted blood glucose

    Thx

But hemoglobin has nothing to do w glucose. It’s a measure of the iron in your blood. So basically you’re sort of anemic

    Its glycated hemoglobin you tradie
Which is an indicator of the last 2-3 months blood sugar level

    Talk about mogging
The tests were done because covid so that was blood sugar from january to april
I wasnt eating well then because I was under house arrest, quite a bit of sugars
It means the sugar in my blood was sent immediately to my cells and didnt linger there
Which means I am the opposite of insulin resistant (worse thing to be for health, its linked to everything according to Dr Berg)
Might have something to do with being a natural phenom in the gym (never seen anyone like me, all phony steroid messes @RoightHyuh @WeakTeen)
Sugar goes right into the cells

    Hb1ac and insulin resistance
    https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/21348785/

Conclusions: HbA1c can be used as a simple and reliable marker of insulin resistance in notmal glucose toleramt adults with relatively high insulin sensitivity.

She promotes a lot of meme foods and only has a bachelors, and she references quacks like Grundy and the AHA. Not saying everything is wrong but I wouldn't consider her an authoritative source.

I've seen fit people get "problematic" A1C numbers because of the post-exercise uptake in glucose, which is normal and not hypoglycaemia like you see with diabetics. So it's probably a test that should be done a few times to get an idea of a range of values.

    @RG90
Tbh was confused when u wrote glycated hemoglobin. We (and the rest of the world) call it HbA1c and it reflects your bloodsugar the last 3 months. For a normal person you should definetly stay under 42mmol/mol, otherwise you might have prediabetes. I dont understand why you Yanks keep using percentage, its fucking retarded. Anyway, 42mmol is 6%. yea ur blood glucose is very good. If you are worried you could just take a fasten
